Hamilton wrote a long report about the four separate ski trips that he led to Arctic Norway in March 2011. But this was accidentally deleted from his computer and he does not have the heart to try and rewrite it. Opposite are 35 photographs from the trips that give a flavour of the experience.

Sat 26th Feb - Sat 5th March: Alpine Ski Club trip to the Lyngen Alps based on the boat S/Y Goxheim.

Sat 5th - Sat 11th March: chalet based trip on the Lyngen Peninsula.

Sat 12th - Sat 19th March: private group trip to the Lyngen Alps based on the boat S/Y Goxheim.

Sat 19th - Sat 26th March: Eagle Ski Club trip to the Harstad area based on the ship Anna Rogde.
